Second Hand Annke 141CS
Hello, I have just bought a second hand Annke 141CS. However, when I try to add the device to the app (by scanning the QR code on the base of the device) I get a message saying that the device is already registered another account. How can I get the device removed from the old account so that I can then add it to my account? Many thanks, Paul

Thank you very much. My camera has now been unbound from the previous account. However, I would like to ask, which app should I use now that Nova is no longer available in the Google app store? I did try to install the apk version but it failed to install giving me a message that the app was too old. I await your response. Thank you and kindest regards, Paul
