DW81KD NO REST BUTTON!

I purchase this DVR model in the hopes that it would help me keep my small business secure.   After purchase it stay in the box for about 3 months.  I recently have install it and try to set up my online DVR and et.

For odd reason it's this particular model default password is not admin.  After trying for multiple hours every other admin work non of them work.  So looking to do a hard reset! Find out this doesn't have a reset button either!  Please help!

  In this case, if you have reserved the email for a password reset, please follow the link below to operate it:

  If you do not have preserved email address, there is another way to reset the password.
  
  Please follow this instruction, use the software SADPTool to export an xml file and send it to us, then we can send you back a key file to reset the password of your system:

  Note:
  1. Please do not turn off your system or close the SADPTool after you exported the file. Otherwise, you will need to export the file again.
  2. We will send you the key file as soon as possible because the key file is only valid for 24 hours.
