    In this case, could you please kindly follow the instructions below to do troubleshooting?

    1. Please plug a different device into the socket and check if the socket can supply power properly.

    2. If the socket is normal, please disconnect the HDD after powering off. Below is a link on how to mount the drive so you can unplug it as instructed.

    3. If the monitor is still black and there is no setup page, please use another power adapter with 12V2A or higher current to try. If the DVR works, you can reconnect the drive. If it still doesn't work, please let me know and I'll help you solve the problem.

    4. If the DVR works after unplugging the drive, replace the power supply with 12V2A or higher current. Then reconnect the HDD. If the DVR can't work properly after connecting the HDD, please contact me for help.
