Step 1. Please check if there is a hard drive installed already
You can check are there four screws at the bottom of the DVR to fix the hard drive? Here is a picture for your reference:
Step 2: Please check if the hard drive status is normal. Please go to your DVR monitor>right click your mouse to access the menu>record>storage> and you can check if the status is normal. Here is a picture for your reference:
Step 3: Please check if the recording plan has been set correctly.
