Please follow the steps below to find the Cloud ID of your NVR and check whether it is online:
- Right-click your mouse on the monitor screen.
- Go to Menu.
- Select System Setup.
- Click on Account / App.

You will see the Cloud ID and its status (Online/Offline).
If the Cloud ID shows “Online”, please follow the steps below:1. Note down the Cloud ID shown on your NVR screen.
2. On your phone, go to the App Store / Google Play Store and download ANNKE Sight.
3. Open the ANNKE Sight app.
4. Tap Register and create an account using your email or phone number.
5. Log in with your newly created account.
6. tap the “+” (Add Device) icon.

Please input your NVR cloud ID. And you can name your device, and please input admin as the username and the NVR's password>then, please click complete to add the NVR.
Then, you can check if you can view the cameras on the app.
