1. Orders Placed on the ANNKE Official Website
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address used for the purchase.

Check your email inbox for the order confirmation email
(Subject: “Order #XXXX confirmed”) -
Open the email and find the “Download the Invoice” button
Click the button to download your invoice
Note:
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you are checking the correct email address used when placing the order.
2. Orders Placed on Other Platforms (Amazon / eBay / AliExpress, etc.)
If your order was placed through a third-party platform, invoices are managed by the seller or platform:
Please contact the store or seller where you placed the order to request your invoice
Alternatively, you may contact ANNKE support at support@annke.com, and we will do our best to assist you
