How to Find Your Temu Order Number ？

Applicable to: Orders placed on ANNKE official Temu store

If you placed your order on Temu, please follow the steps below to find your order number:

Your Temu order number typically starts with "PO" and follows a format like: PO-XXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Method 1: Temu Mobile App

1. Log in to your Temu account.

2. Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select Your Orders from the menu.

4. Tap the specific order you need.

5. Your order ID will be displayed at the top of the order details page.

Method 2: Temu Website (Temu.com)

1. Log in to your account at Temu.com.

2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. In the left-side menu, under Your Orders, click All Orders.

4. Your order ID will be shown under each order entry.

Method 3: Order Confirmation Email

You can also find your order ID in your order confirmation email, usually in the email subject line.
