Firstly, please follow the below instruction to connect the camera to the APP Annke Vision:

Thirdly, please go to Configuration-->Event to enable motion detection:
Then, please go to the Linkage Method to tick Notify Surveillance Center:
Next, please go to the APP Settings-->Notification:
Next, enable the Notification function and set up the Notification Schedule:
And then, go the APP More-->Settings to check the Push function:
And then, please make sure the mobile phone allows the notification for the APP:
Finally, you could receive the APP notifications for motion detection:
