Honestly, if your NVR/ DVR works well, we do not suggest updating the firmware since there is a risk that some functions will mess up after the upgrade sometimes.

Annke feels like its a home brew company. When you say "honestly" in your message and tell people not to update. Wish I knew this before investing in annke.

Same as Joanne, I'm inquiring for N44PAM. And also a Firmware Update for the C500 3k Camera ??, as the only update I seem to be able to find online, is older than the one I've already got ?! But I know I need an update because of a bug, as where I want to turn off Notification Sound but still want the Camera to record on the Annke Vision App, it doesn't do it, instead when I want to just turn off the Notification SOUND, it also turns off the Video Recording for/on the Annke App. Can you PLEASE do a firmware fix for this bug, as Hikvision themselves has a fix for this problem, though it's not compatible with my Annke product. Thank you 🙏
