Following this article, we will be able to receive Push Notifications on the mobile app Annke Vision for motion detection. Please note that this instruction only works for the models mentioned above that support AI detection (human/vehicle detection).
Steps:
1. Check the P2P status
Login to the Annke DVR system on a connected TV/monitor, navigate to Setting--Network--Advanced--Platform Access. Make sure the P2P status is 'Online'.

2. Motion Setting
Navigate to Setting-Event-Normal Event, enable the motion detection, then draw the motion area and adjust the motion sensitivity.
To detect human/vehicle only, please check the boxes in Target Detection.
Go to Arming Schedule to select the working hours of motion detection.
Go to Linkage Action to check the enable the alarm linkage actions Notify Surveillance Center, then click Apply.
3. Add the ANNKE system to the app Annke Vision. Here is the instruction:

4. Enable Alarm Push function on the app.
On the app, navigate to the page More--Settings, choose Enabled for the option Enable Push Notification.
5. Then, navigate to the page Home on the app, touch on the ... icon:
6. Touch the option Notification to set it as Enabled and set up the Notification Schedule:
Note:
For the notification schedule button description:
A. Disable: By default, it is set as disabled. disable means you can receive the push all the time (24h*7d)
B. Enable: You can enable it to set your own notification schedule.
Such as Monday: 00:00--08:00 + 15:00--18:00 (By default it is 00:00--23:59, so if you want to add multiple time segments, please edit the default 00:00--23:59 to your first-time segment, and then add the second one. Or you will get an error prompt message: The time segments cannot be overlapped.) And please note that the setting will be effective from the next day.
So if you want to enable the push function always, we suggest you disable the notification schedule, and the push function will effective immediately.
When there is motion detection, your phone will receive a push.
If you still cannot receive a push, please double-check the Notifications settings on the phone, make sure your phone has allowed the app Annke Vision to send Notifications.
