Applies to: ADL200(CT1GT/CT1GU)/NightChroma analog cameras (CT1DW/C51EZ)
Purpose: Help customers turn off the white light at night
Note:
1) This is only for the smart dual-light analog camera and NightChroma cameras.
2) Please access the OSD interface of the camera to turn off the white light.
Please follow the pictures below to access the OSD interface of the camera to adjust the light mode:
choose the camera--PTZ control--menu
Mouse click the direction button to control the menu, and mouse click Iris+ represents selected.
For ADL200 cameras
There are only white and IR light options in the lighting mode.
When enabling the IR light, the IR light mode is the same as the smart light mode.
The camera maintains infrared illumination until an event triggers color imaging to capture critical details.
When there is no vehicle or person, the camera uses only the infrared light
When a vehicle or person appears, the white light is automatically triggered, resulting in vivid color imaging with clear details;
When the vehicle or person leaves, the camera switches back to the infrared light
But sometimes, the white light may cause some inconvenience for you and your neighbors at night.
So, we need to turn off the white light.
In this situation, please go to the motion detection and choose the correct camera channel, then disable the light alarm in the linkage. The picture below is for your reference:
For the NightChroma analog cameras
If you want to disable the white light, we also need to access the camera OSD interface, click smart light, and adjust the smart light mode to off, then the white light won't be up at night.
Please click "save and exit" after you set up the light mode you need, or the change can't be saved.
