Annke Vision-How to find verification code?

Introduction:

When the user is viewing the live view on the APP, it is required to enter the encryption code first. The encryption code is the verification code that the user sets up when activating the device for the first time, which can make your security system more secure. In this article, we will show you how to find the encryption code.

Steps:

Please access the system menu on the monitor or TV and go to System Configurations→Network→Platform Access. Please click on the small eye next to the verification code to view the verification code. You can also click the pen pattern to manually change the verification code  and click Apply to save the settings.

If you can not check the verification code on the monitor that connects with your dvr via hdmi/ vga cable, please access the setting menu of the dvr on the web browser from the PC and go to Configurations→Network→Advanced Settings→Platform Access. Then please click the eye pattern to display the verification code.
