Purpose: If your camera is close to the base station but still fails to pair or establish a stable connection, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
Check basic power status
- Check whether there is a pairing tone when the camera is powered on, and verify if the red indicator light on the camera is illuminated.
- Confirm that the base station is powered on correctly and has an available channel. This helps determine whether the issue is with the camera or the base station.
-
For cameras without pairing tone and red status light on:
Power the camera using a 5V/2A charging adapter and power cable (a USB charging adapter or a power bank is recommended).
Charge the camera for 3–5 hours, then try turning it on to check whether the pairing sound plays and the status light turns on.
For cameras with pairing tone and red status light on:1. Reset the camera
A. Use a pin to press and hold the reset button on the camera for at least **10 seconds**, then release it. The camera will give a prompt and restart.
B. After the camera restarts, the status light will flash red.
C. Pair the camera to the base station (either by pressing the pairing button or by operating the pairing function in the APP)D. During the pairing process, the camera’s indicator light will change from flashing red to flashing blue, and then to solid blue, which indicates that pairing is successful.
For I81BM/I81BV camera:
For I51GV camera:
